A little about what makes our Moksha classes so unique!
We have 40ish postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room). Each Moksha class is cardiovascular, and it strengthens, loosens, and tones the muscles. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles. All levels always welcome.

This Hatha yoga practice will start with gentle movement to stretch, strengthen, relax and unwind from the week. The class will end with some meditation allowing you to balance and reset for the week ahead (reduced heat). Suitable for all levels.
